The GENIUS Council is a founding circle of 25 educators, parents, and innovators raising the first $100,000 soft cap to launch $BeMeToken on Base and integrate blockchain into the GENIE app. Together, we’re building the engine that turns education into an appreciating asset.

Each Council Member:
Personally contributes $250 or more.
Enrolls 25 GENIUS List members (whitelist investors) who each contribute at least $250.
Serves as a multi-sig signer on the SAFE DAO wallet, ensuring transparency and integrity.
When all 25 Council Members complete their GENIUS Lists, the $100k soft cap is reached, and the presale officially launches on PinkSale.

If the soft cap goal of $100,000 is not met during the presale, all contributions are automatically refunded by PinkSale’s smart contract.
