  • The GENIUS Council is a founding circle of educators, parents, and innovators raising the first soft cap to launch $BeMeToken on Base and integrate blockchain into the GENIE app. Together, we’re building the engine that turns education into an appreciating asset.

  • Each Council Member:

    • Personally contributes $250 or more.

    • Enrolls other GENIUS List members (whitelist investors) who each contribute at least $250.

    • Serves as a multi-sig signer on the SAFE DAO wallet, ensuring transparency and integrity.

    When all Council Members complete their GENIUS Lists, the soft cap is reached, and the presale officially launches on PinkSale.

  • If the soft cap goal is not met during the presale, all contributions are automatically refunded by PinkSale’s smart contract.
    No funds are ever lost or held privately. This is the built-in protection for every GENIUS Council Member and investor.

  • When the soft cap is reached:

    • $BeMeToken is officially minted on Base and added to liquidity.

    • The GENIE app’s blockchain integration and AI upgrades begin immediately.

    • Council Members are recognized as Founding Leaders and receive bonus tokens + DAO governance rights.

    • Council Member: Leads the initiative, donates $250+, brings other whitelist investors, and serves as a DAO signer.

    • GENIUS List Member: Contributes $250+ during presale to help reach the soft cap and secure whitelist access to $BeMeToken.

  • For GENIUS Council Members:

    • Your initial $250 donation supports the mission through our nonprofit and covers setup costs (audit, KYC, marketing).
